I have been waiting quite a long time to get my treatment done. The cosmetician was not gentle at all and cut a corner of my lips causing bleeding. I guess this happens, but a simple sorry would be nice to hear. I am however somewhat satisfied with the final effect.

I had my gel shellac removed and unfortunately left the store only to realise that I still had gel on a number of my nails. My appointment was during the day, I was the only person in the salon so it lacked atmosphere and the beautician wasn’t very inviting.
