Painful experience! I have had my pubic hair waxed many times in the past and this was the worst treatment. Got a call from the salon asking if I could come in earlier which made it sound like they had a double booking. I could only make it for the time I'd booked but they said it was 'OK'. Clearly wasn't because the woman who did my treatment mentioned she had another booking. She was obviously rushing, put the wax on so thickly and carelessly. Wax was thick and hurt when she put it on too as I think it wasn't hot enough so she was really straining to apply. I'm bruised to hell and I am tempted to ask for my money back. Ended the treatment in less than 15 mins with a 'Do you know Sudocrem?' Horrible, would never recommend the salon to a friend.

Nice nail bar, clean and quiet. My manicure only lasted one week which is my shortest gelish by quite some way. The staff were nice but it needs some ambiance, like music as they are very quiet.
