I've been to Beauty on the spot twice for an upper lip wax and once for threading. Every time they've damanged the skin on my upper lip by using too hot or too cold wax (once it left a painful burn and the other time an unfortunate red mark along my upper lip). Eyebrow threading was well done. They double dip into the hot wax.

Pleasant staff, did have to wait a while as receptionist didn't notify the lady doing my treatment that I was there.
