Very pleased with the treatment I got, a little expensive compared to most other places I've been though. Very convenient location but had to wait 15 minutes before I was seen and was on a short lunch break. Overall, staff were very friendly and I was happy with the experience.

Booked a file and polish over lunch time, on the booking it said it would take 30mins, after 50mins I said I had to leave to go back work - my nails were not dry. The girl did such a bad job on my nails - they were sloppy and smudged - honestly a small child could have painted them better. The receptionist noticed I was annoyed and agreed that the nails were not great, but blamed the light pink nail polish, saying a darker colour would be better (if that's the case why do they offer pale nail polish!?). She asked if I would come back to get them re-done with the senior nail technician. I went back later that afternoon and the senior nail technician, applied the polish better (they persuaded me to go for a dark colour) so in the end I had acceptable nails but not in the colour I wanted, wasted time and made me late for work. Not worth any money, especially not worth £25.

Hannah was lovely she was really good, but the hot water wasn't working and she unfortunately had to use a kettle to wash my hair. Because if that she didn't use conditioner which I normally love, but was out of her control unfortunately!
