The biggest disappointment with my appt was the time. I booked an early appt so it didn't interrupt my day, but I was texted at 11pm night before to request for me change to the afternoon. I agreed as was clearly unavoidable given time of message and opted for lunchtime. Venue was quite a way from my office so had to rush appt as had to get back for meeting. Manicure was fine but the inconvenience of the new time spoilt overall experience especially as I had to pay in advance.
