The place was in a strange location but it was clean.
Initially the treatment started off well and the beautician seemed friendly enough. My eyes are quite big so it obviously took her more time than she expected. The first eye came out great but the second eye was rushed and the eyelashes have been put on very badly. The lashes have clumped together and been stuck from the middle rather than the root. The glue is in lumps and now my eye is very itchy.
To make matters worse she told me that it was my fault that she will have to stay late as it's taken a long time.
I had pre-paid using treatwell and as I got up to leave she said she will have to let it go this time but next time she to the extra time and work she had to do she would charge more.
Never heard that before, I mean am I supposed to apologise for the size of my eyes?

Never ever again! I left with my eyebrows overplucked and sooo uneven. The beautician was rude and could not di threading which is part of the treatment so called her colleague. Just because they use HD Brows products it doesn't mean they know how to do it. Thank you for ruining my brows.

Shame I can't put no starts and the minimum is one. Because one star is not deserved. What about someone entering the room without knocking during the Brazilian wax? It's a no go place.
