Shame I can't put no starts and the minimum is one. Because one star is not deserved. What about someone entering the room without knocking during the Brazilian wax? It's a no go place.

Friendly staff, okay facilities and good location in the city. I had to wait for 10 minutes after my appointment should have started which was a bit annoying but I suppose can happen. Will go back.
