They weren't very punctual with my appointment (15 mins late, and even then I think they only saw me because I had to ask again). The shellac manicure itself only lasted 5 days before coming off. A shame as so close to work, but won't be going back.

The place was in a strange location but it was clean.
Initially the treatment started off well and the beautician seemed friendly enough. My eyes are quite big so it obviously took her more time than she expected. The first eye came out great but the second eye was rushed and the eyelashes have been put on very badly. The lashes have clumped together and been stuck from the middle rather than the root. The glue is in lumps and now my eye is very itchy.
To make matters worse she told me that it was my fault that she will have to stay late as it's taken a long time.
I had pre-paid using treatwell and as I got up to leave she said she will have to let it go this time but next time she to the extra time and work she had to do she would charge more.
Never heard that before, I mean am I supposed to apologise for the size of my eyes?
