This was probably the most painful waxing experience I have had - not only was it painful but for some reason the wax therapist felt the need to do the same spots 2 or 3, making it worse. The next day I was very sensitive and had a rash of spots (which has never happened before) and also noticed that I still had a number of hairs left behind.

Nice enough venue but bad hair cut. Went for a fringe trim and the woman did not cut it evenly. I told her it wasn't straight and she told me it was because my hair was wet and that it wouldn't look that way once dry. Three days on and it's still wonky. Would not recommend.

I had the shellac pedicure but the beautician filed my nail and caught my foot which has made the cuticle very sorry. Also, during my visit the beautician shook off the filings from my foot beside her (totally fine) and the beautician described it as disgusting which I found very upsetting and unprofessional as I was right there.
