I am always made to feel very welcome when I walk in, which immediately puts me at ease. The therapists are always very polite and helpful. My appointments have always been on time and my treatments are professionally carried out. I am encouraged to ask questions if there is anything I am unsure of and I am always given the relevant information about my treatment and advised about any products, which are available to buy, so I can continue to use them at home. It is a very relaxing and rewarding experience and I would highly recommend Beauty Oasis Spa to my friends and family.
I have been to many salons in my life and would have no hesitation in voting Oasis the best salon in terms of quality of treatments, courtesy of the staff and the ambience and the sheer relaxation it allows you. Oasis is my sanctuary, whenever I feel good or at my lowest, my favourite therapist Sarah not only performs amazing treatments on me, but leaves me feeling much better than I walked in the salon. Sarah also trains her therapists, so her ethos in providing the best treatments in the right environment with excellent customer understanding and care is shared be all.
Everytime I have been to Beauty Oasis I have been greeted with a friendly member of staff who is always happy to help or advice me in anything I ask regarding Beauty. The staff are always 100% professional. I have skin conditions and they have never made me feel embarrassed about them and in fact made me feel more confident through the service (in this incident a spray tan) provided and also them letting me know it is not that bad and they see allsorts everyday. A lovely relaxing feeling to the place and wish I could go there more often.
Lovely salon, great staff. Always make you feel welcomed and treatments are first class. Would highly recommend, always come out feeling relaxed and pampered.
I alway recommend Beauty Oasis Spa very highly, the staff are delightful and very professional, my treatments I receive are always first class! The salon is very clean tidy and organised and Sarah is highly knowledgeable on all aspects of beauty, I cannot recommend this salon higher.
