Itohan was such a delightful, kind, talkative technician and made my visit feel relaxed and welcoming. As someone who is very picky, I was extremely pleased with Itohan’s attention to detail and precision during both my gel manicure and pedicure. She listened to my requests as a customer and made sure I was as comfortable as could be. This is by far the best experience I have had in any nail salon across London! Thank you :)
