Theres obvious room for improvement but when it comes to customer care and pride in the work done, I score them high. I personally dont like music of any genre that calls men nigga's and women bitches or hoes. I'd like a setting that is theraputic and relaxing. If you must play rnb there are some nice tracks that are not derogatory. Try Giveon or Avery Sunshine, Leela James etc.
