I spend a wonderful day at the SPA, the neck and shoulder massage was fantastic. Definitely recommended
As a beauty therapist myself I rarely venture into spas! However!, the staff at this spa present:
1. A solid team environment that is relaxed, happy and personalised.
2. A homely and welcoming atmosphere.
3. Efficiency in treatments.
4. Clean and ambient.
I will definitely call up the girls and book my treatments on the phone as they will advise you on any daily offers and value packages available.

I had a massage, which was excellent, and spa itself was nice and well kept, certainly great value with the offer.
My only complaint was that the treatment rooms are right next to the jacuzzi and rest area, and the sound carries through to the room, otherwise a great experience.
The rooms and facilities were on the smaller side and the ventilation was for. Although it was new and clean the space meant that there was a light of talking noise from the public areas into the treatment room. There are only two treatment rooms. Equipment in gym had 3 machines & weights. Staff could be more professional as they were arguing between themselves in front of customers.

The massuse was AMAZING - I get deep Tissue often, and this was a properly trained one. Would def. come back because of that. As per the SPA, its more of a small one (what can you fit in Soho?) with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a shower, not what I envision when I hear "SPA".
As per the price, it was worth it given it was high quality, but maybe more if it was for 2h (you cannot book that as of now).
