I had a hair cut here and blow dry here. The hair cut was fine but all I asked for was a simple trim, can't really go too wrong. I asked for some waves to be put in my hair but the ladies put curls and I think there is a massive difference between the two. Curls are a far more done up look where as waves are more casual looking! I would expect any decent hair dresser to know the difference! The biggest disappointment about this place was the staff, the lady cutting my hair was very unfriendly and cold! Through out the appointment I just got the impression she wasn't happy to be cutting my hair and she just looked so miserable! I mentioned i wanted volumn in my hair and her response was 'I know', very short and curt! To be fair I did notice the interaction with the other staff and other customers and that seem all fine, maybe the lady cutting my hair had a bad day but because of her interaction with me I will never return to this place! It's a shame because it actually looks like a nice salon!
