Everything was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had booked the treatment for 19:30, but the initial booking on treatwell was at 18:00 so I got confused and arrived at 18:00. They accommodated me then so that I didn't have to wait 1.5 hours. The ladies that did the patch test and the first laser session were very professional and friendly. Irrelevant to this, but the mandarin tree at the reception is real. Very cool.
