My hairdresser approached me, and using non-verbal communication, told me to come with him. He did not introduce himself, and didn’t speak to me at all, besides asking how much I want off my hair. Quite frankly I felt quite uncomfortable, as a customer. I wasn’t made to feel welcome. After washing my hair, he started drying it. Mid way through, I asked if he was going to cut it as I had booked in for a wash, cut and blow dry. It was at this point, he learned that I was booked in for a cut too! I was standing for the whole haircut, and it wasn’t cut in sections, like most hair dressers do - all my hair was down and it was trimmed across from one side. I’m not an expert so can’t comment on this technique, other than say it was unusual. I got it dried wavey, so can’t tell at the moment how it’s turned out! But I was happy with the styling of my hair. Again, when I was paying, there wasn’t much chat. I would not come back here.
