I believe the lady’s name was Larissa (gorgeous, dark hair and from Romania). I had a wedding the next day and needed something that would still look brilliant the next morning (had to travel out of London) . I ended up with a stunning blow dry and had so many compliments (my hair never holds). Thank you so much!

This was my first time at the salon and I was pretty happy with my experience. At first there were some issues with the appointment not showing up on their system but they were able to fit me in within a few minutes. The waxing room was clean and tidy and spacious enough. The woman who did my waxing was professional and polite. She used the strip wax for my Hollywood wax and the other lycon hot wax for my underarms. Overall satisfied with the quick service.
