Issue with Treatwell is that it is clearly not synced to Beauty & Melody's booking system so rarely get appointment that Treatwell "confirms"

I have had my eyelashes done twice before at this salon. I loved them and the lady who does them is amazing! HOWEVER! This time I booked so they were done the night before I fly for a wedding. I prepaid, had confirmation, on the day I got a reminder text. I turned up early only to be told I had no booking! I was just told that there's nothing they can do! I was told if I wait 10mins they could possibly do another eyelash treatment for me. 40 minutes I was left sitting there waiting my time until they said they couldn't do that either. This is not what I wanted the day before I go away. The lady took all my details and told me I would be contacted the next day. Three days later I have had no message. They still have my money and I have no idea what is going on! Dissapointed.
