Treatment was very good - super quick and relatively painless wax. The therapist noticed I was a bit nervous and quickly put me at ease. She was absolutely lovely but I have two gripes.
1) No freshener wipe was offered before the treatment, which seems odd to me. Especially on a hot day.
2) the therapist did not offer to explain aftercare. Admittedly I didn't need it, but in my opinion this should always be offered!
I would go again, but I strongly suggest they offer bikini waxing customers pre-treatment wipes if they want them.

Good manicure and pedicure - but they left me waiting for 30 minutes before being seen. I had to chase to find out how much longer I was going to wait and told 10 minutes, with it being an extra 10 on top of that!
Not good when you specifically book an express treatment so you’ll be done in 1 hour and back to work.
