I had a voucher for an OPI gel manicure and pedicure and had a great experience. The salon itself was very nice, and the staff were very attentive and professional. My manicure and pedicure both look great, and Natalia was fantastic...very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Definitely recommend.
I surprised my best friend and myself with the chocolate pedicure and manicure voucher from Beauty and Melody. I was very excited to try this treatment. It was an absolutely amazing experience for both of us. Our therapists Sarah and Natalia were very nice and the chocolate smelled so delicious. The salon is located in central London and looks very elegant and the whole experience was very relaxing for both of us. According to my best friend it was one of the best birthday presents she has ever received. I will definitely go back again.
Location was very central and easy to find.. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and if there was another Treatwell deal I would look to go back! The treatment itself was also good.

This was a fantastic treatment, with results that have lasted over a week. The therapist herself was brilliant, but the salon staff were a bit uninterested, I felt. There was also a delay of about ten minutes due to overcrowding (I gather), which wouldn't normally have been a problem, but I had a train to catch! The therapist managed to complete the treatment on time, but a little more care/information from the counter staff would have been helpful. It would also be good if the salon sold the polishes they use - I spent the next two days hunting all over London for a bottle of polish in case of touch-ups being required for the wedding I was attending.
