A lovely experience, was left waiting at first though for almost 40 mins but when I was seen the colourist did a good job. Blow dry was not good and rushed.
Great pedicure.
Very attentive stylist who took time and care to ensure that the pedicure was completed immaculately.
She made sure that the water. Was at the right temperature and that I was comfortable at all times.
I never felt rushed or like she was trying to keep to time.
Lovely and comfortable atmosphere too.
Would definitely recommend and will be back again!
Lovely salon. Beautician was very friendly and managed to do my hollywood in 15 minutes. A few stray hairs left but maybe that always happens after waxing? Unfortuntately I'm not an expert! I would however recommend this salon and service to friends as I had a pleasant time. Great location too.

My girlfriend surprised me with a mani-padi voucher at Beauty and Melody for my Birthday. First I didn't get the whole thing, I thought she really didn't know me well to get me something like this. On the top of that the voucher was originally for gel manicure and pedicure, which I believe a kind of nail varnish or something. She was teasing me of course , but she said when she rang the salon to get more information the lady at the reception said I could get the luxury mani-pedi instead. I was not so keen on the whole thing , but I didn't want to hurt her feelings, so I said yes. When we arrived the salon seemed very luxurious and the ladies at the reception were very nice as well. We were offered coffee and tea. First I was glad I said yes, but then when I realised the luxury pedicure was actually a "chocolate pedicure" I wasn't so sure. I felt very uncomfortable to picture myself siting in the display with chocolate wrap on me, for obvious reasons. Luckily the salon has a private pedicure area which is very relaxing and gives the perfect privacy. The whole experience was really nice, and relaxing. The chocolate felt an smelled really good, and the therapist Sarah was lovely. Overall it was a really nice and relaxing experience, and extra good points for the private area. I would highly recommend the salon for men as well.
After a disastrous experience at Beauty and Melody, I was reluctant to return, and I must admit I had a little difficulty booking but when I finally arrived for my appointment it was all fine.
