I had cryolipolysis on my chin. I didn't find it painful at all, it was uncomfortable though but the hour went pretty quickly. I have considerable bruising but luckily I had a scarf with me so no one saw it. I have smothered my chin in arnica cream and hoping it is better in the morning as I have work! it is too early to tell if it works, that will take place over thr next few months but will be gradual.
