I was really disappointed with my visit. I paid for two areas, which meant i could use a total of 4 cups but was only given three. I did think it was strange because she was certainly able to use two on one the area. I pointed out two sections (on the first area) i wanted to focus on and she only used one cup. When i asked her about it and queried whether i could come in another time for the cup she failed to use on me, she was reluctant and asked me to call reception to query it. It almost felt intentional. Personally, i felt it was unprofessional especially since this was my second visit and the treatments are not cheap.
My friend had a similar experience and she argued until she could come in for the other cup.
Although the staff are nice, i am not sure whether they actually give you what you paid for.

It wasn’t a proper lymphatic drainage massage, just a machine doing its work.
Not what i was expecting at all, a bit dissapointing. However the girl in there was adorable!
