Marta was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The booking process was terrible as asked by Adam over text to reschedule to a time that wasn't really convenient. No apology or explanation so wasn't great. Also, not convinced that the treatment worked. I was told that the machine goes down to -15 but my abdomen wasn't as cold afterwards as the same treatment I've had elsewhere, and was very cheap, so not confident in the treatment but will wait longer to see results.
