Although the staff are very sweet there’s not a lot of professionalism at Beauty Marble Arch. I went for my first ever radio therapy and cavitation treatment and Joanna didn’t even explain what was going on what she was doing maybe its because she spoke very little English, I had to keep asking. After the treatment she didn’t even tell me the aftercare until I asked. Makes me think that these treatments are a fad at this salon.
