Holly is lovely, and I am sure she is great at doing her friends hair, but she is not a professional hairstylist. She barely touched my scalp during the wash, used no heat protectant and couldn’t blow dry my hair so she used a curling iron, and charged me extra for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was an absolutely unforgivable experience.
When I arrived for my haircut, I was asked by one of the members of staff whether I had an appt, no ‘hello’ or ‘good afternoon.’
My haircut was scheduled for 3:15, at 3:40 when I finally sat down for my appt, I get that delays happen, but nearly half an hour?
My complaint is that I hadn’t received any form of acknowledgement, update or apology that I was waiting an unacceptably long time.
Alan was great, but didn’t know when my appt was for.
