They were slightly delaying but made sure I was looked after: offered a coffee with a cookies, had a nice chat with a receptionist. As soon as Holly finished other client, she started with my consultation and went through all aspects of colouring techniques. I chose balayage and I’m very happy with a result. Highly recommended
