This was an absolutely unforgivable experience.
When I arrived for my haircut, I was asked by one of the members of staff whether I had an appt, no ‘hello’ or ‘good afternoon.’
My haircut was scheduled for 3:15, at 3:40 when I finally sat down for my appt, I get that delays happen, but nearly half an hour?
My complaint is that I hadn’t received any form of acknowledgement, update or apology that I was waiting an unacceptably long time.
Alan was great, but didn’t know when my appt was for.

Absolutely in love with my hair! I visited the salon for a root touch-up and balayage, and the results are stunning. The blend is incredibly smooth and natural. The staff was professional, attentive, and really understood what I wanted. Highly recommend this place!
