The salon was extremely unprofessional. No consultation before hair wash. Hair wash basins are downstairs in the basement, with the staff kitchen and laundry. Stylist did not speak very good English. Did not do basic things like ask me how I wear my parting, check for evenness while cutting, or offer to let me see the back (I had to ask for a mirror). Haircut ended up choppy and uneven. Hair cuts were done next to the nails, so arrived to a strong smell of acetone. Overflowing bins in the reception area.
While I was getting my haircut another client arrived for a pre-booked appointment, was told that her appointment was not in the book and that she should have called after booking on Treatwell because sometimes they don't have appointments even though they're available online. Told her to maybe come back next week and would not give her a refund.
Absolutely do not come here.
