Disappointed, fancied a nice hour long cleansing facial however it was noisy, not relaxing and left with the scrub and grease on my face and neck. They swapped staff and the lady that came in was miserable.

even though I had booked and paid well in advance they didn't have any clue I was coming. the lady doing my treatment was in the middle of having her hair bleached so I had to wait a while even though it was my lunch break. I was taken down to the basement where there were boxes and stuff around it wasn't a treatment room! The stench of bleach from my hair was making me dizzy, the lights weren't very bright so I doubt she could see what she was doing and I wasn't given a mirror to check afterwards. They then asked me to pay even though I had paid through treatwell. Afterwards I found out she had missed patches and worse, I broke out into loads of spots which never usually happens.
