I hate leaving bad feedback but these things made it difficult for me to relax during the massage: the room had very bright lighting & no music. The hot stones were in a plastic container and there was a lot of banging to get them in and out. A few times they slipped out of her hands and fell on the floor loudly. She answered the phone during the session.
Venue was nice enough but couldn't really immerse myself in the experience as you can hear all the noise from the salon downstairs through the floor.
The hot stones were nice, but the massage wasn't deep tissue at all so didn't help the sore bits I really wanted pummeling.
Also, it's the only time I've been for a massage where I wasn't asked to fill in any health questionnaires or asked about any injuries, spots to avoid or areas I wanted focusing on.
Overall, nice, but not what I was after.
