I booked three treatments ready for my holiday. Half leg wax, lash lift and tint and manicure. Archanna was also able to fit in a pedicure. Lovely surroundings and peaceful music.

My massage with Nancy was very relaxing. She suggested half an hour of reflexology and the rest of time on back, neck and any tense knots , which was a good balance.
The treatment room was calm, there was quite a wait though from the appointment time.

Absolute waste of time.
I booked a 1-hour aromatherapy massage, drove all the way to Worthing, paid £3.30 for parking, arrived 10 minutes early, and was then told to my face that they don’t do massages for men.
This was NOT stated anywhere during the booking process. If you refuse male clients, you should not allow bookings from them. Simple.
Instead, I lost time, money, and made a completely pointless journey because of your failure to communicate basic information.
