Left me with burns - Avoid!
Had to wait 30mins as even though I had booked and paid through the app, they weren’t aware of my booking. Had a bikini wax which has left burns in my private area. I told the therapist the wax felt too hot, I visibly flinched! She continued blaming the heat on the hot weather. I feel stupid not stopping her in hindsight, I could feel this pain was more than general wax pain (I consider myself to have a high pain fresh hold) I would not recommend this place.

Given this was the first time I had this treatment I asked the person setting it up with me to explain what was going on. She showed me a generic YT marketing video and left me in the room multiple times for long durations. The device around me broken off my leg 3 times and I was not able to move it nor know how to fix it. When she came back I told her and she tried to fix it, then left me again. After I asked for my ££ back and the staff simply gave me card and told me call the manager! Awful!
