I come to B&D Spa regularly but had a Sylvia this time and it was the best facial I have ever had. The steamer was broken which they really should have told me beforehand but she did a great job without it (a cup of hot water and some cotton pads!). Lovely massage as well and very accommodating when I needed to change the session a little bit.
