The staff were lovely and enthusiastic, however the therapist was running 15 minutes late and my massage and facial treatments finished earlier (I was booked in for two hours and treatment time was only for 1.45). No one acknowledged the late start so I was a bit disappointed with that.
Before my massage treatment had started I noticed the small rubbish bin and a previous customers post-wax strips were there, right in view under the massage chair, which was a bit unpleasant!
The treatments itself were relaxing and the therapiss were attentive.

Have recently discovered the Beauty & Detox Spa but have already been back several times for different things. I would recommend the Microcurrent Facial especially (as carried out by the fabulous Elena). The staff are all very friendly though and put you at ease. Will be back again soon!

Wonderfully relaxing massage with just the right amount of pressure and heavenly facial. Therapist made me feel completely comfortable the whole time.

The therapist was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. The wax was not hot wax, as I'm used to. However the therapist was very proficient in dealing with the wax machine and it didn't make a difference. I would go back for a leg wax, it was good value & to a high standard.
