Appointment started 40 minutes late which wasn't a great start and didn't even get an apology by the masseuse (although the front of house did explain they were running late). Also, I paid for a 55 minute treatment and was only in the room for 40 minutes which left me feeling hard done by. The actual massage was good, just wish there was more of it.

The staff were really friendly, welcoming and experienced. I felt completely at ease and well looked after. I can definitely recommend this salon for a hollywood wax.

First time here and absolutely wonderful! The massage itself was great, it really did make a difference to my back which has been tense for sometime. Very friendly staff and relaxing ambience. Can't wait to book again and would defo recommend. I have had treatments in most other Crouch End Beauty Venues and this massage itself was the best by far.
