Unfortunately this was not as good as my first express facial - I waited for 10mins to start my app and then a good 10mins of my facial was wasted lying with a mask on my face.

I love this place for massages, first manicure and the room used wasn't set up for nails according to my therapist so wasn't a super comfy experience. Normally I have an amazing experience with the massages

Lovely back, neck shoulder massage. I enjoyed it very much, 30 minutes are just not long enough. It would have been nice if the therapist would have asked my if I wanted her to focus on any particular areas but I could have just said too. So I am very happy with the overall experience.
