When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and I was taken to my treatment room almost straight away. It was my first time, however I received no consultation. I was having a deep tissue massage and was asked where she wanted me to concentrate the massage on. I only received an overall massage and she never concentrated on the areas I had mentioned. The massage was very weak and I have had much better deep tissue massages at other spas. The staff were friendly but lacked genuine care.
