I am very disappointed and upset. On Monday I had a facial, which included a Deep Clean and moisturising. I've never had one before so I don't know what to compare it to, but the Deep Clean was incredibly painful. At the time I didn't think much of it, just wanted it over and done with, but parts of my face including my nose remained swollen and painful to touch for another 2 days. Which was when the peeling started. The skin on my nose is red and inflamed and peeling so much I'm having to use E45 and BioOil, it looks like an angry sunburn. This has been incredibly upsetting and I want my money back.
