I had the classic lashes. By day two I had lost at least half of the lashes, by day three all gone. I emailed Rosa who offered for
me to go back in but as I am going on holiday I requested a refund. No refund has been received. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Rosa did a beautiful job with my semi permanent eyeliner. I'm delighted with them and shall be re booking for other treatments with Rosa who is lovely.

The wax she used was not the right kind of wax for the treatment I was having. She used hard wax for my Hollywood, causing me excruciating pain as she attempted to pull off wax in tiny sections rather than one quick kotuon. I told her the wax was too hot but she ignored me and it left me with burns. Very unimpressed with the overall result of my reatment.
