The leg wax was really good but the Hollywood was not amazing, she wasn’t really practical with the hot wax so it became quite painful, I asked her to use the strip was instead and it got better! Furthermore she was late on my appointment by 15 minutes ...

The lady was nice but she is clearly not an experienced waxer. She kept taking wax off by little bits, was horrible. Also even if the hollywood is bloody 25 pounds, she didnt remover everything (my hair was a bit short but still i have waxed all my life. I never left a place which service was that expensive and the job was half done). I even gave up on underarms because she had no clue what she was doing. Waste of money!
