very small venue tucked on top of a news agent store less than a minute awya from tottenham court road station. Two different women work here. I believe Vaisu herself was the first lady I visited, she was great. The second visit for threading, less so. she was adamant in using thread that wasn't sharp enough to remove hair and constantly kept breaking apart midway through. it happened 4 times until she changef the thread. it made for a slightly uncomfortable experience and made me feel she was less attentive due to her rush to finish the job. i would really ever go here as a neccessity, not out of choice.

Interrupted halfway through as she had to go and sort money, paid for hotwax and given strip wax, lots of stray hairs and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Great value for money. Super quick efficient and thorough. I believe they are new to hot wax so whilst much cheaper it was pretty painful. Overall good experience and very friendly staff

Been multiple times, always a different therapist and usually an okay experience. However this time was the worst as she was wearing her hair down and it kept falling all over my face and neck during the treatment.
