Quick and great value waxing. Very friendly and professional. I had (foolishly) allowed my hair to get a too long, so she kindly waxed smaller patches so as to make it less painful for me! The wax room is basic but the equipment was clean and for this price and her skill I would have absolutely no complaints.

The lady had no idea what she was doing, I have showed her a picture how I have my eyebrows done normally and I had to face by biggest fear of trusting her! My mistake! My eyebrows are ruined, the first thing I did was google hair growth treatments and went to Kiko just opposite to get eyebrow set to try to create a shape myself as I was embarrassed to walk on the street! Please do not go there as the cheaper price is so not worth it. I spend the evening crying as I’m devastated, we all know how long it takes for eyebrows to grow back if they do! :(

This is the second time I’ve been here and it definitely wasn’t as thorough as the first time! It was a different beautician and while she was pleasant, I felt it was rushed (it was done in about 10 mins), hair was left behind and a fair amount of strip wax was used rather than hot wax
