I was slightly disappointed that my appointment started 20 minutes late but luckily I didn’t have anywhere to be afterwards. The wax was ok, I did have to point out areas that the beautician missed but I would say it was good value for money.

Was waiting for a while for her as she had another client inside her room. When I came in there wasn’t much of an apology. With regards to the task itself, it wasn’t as thorough as I would have wanted, there were some hairs left. She didn’t even inspect it.
