Extremely unprofessional folks who are there only to loot people hard earned money.
I booked root colour with blow dry and head massage with Paula.
She did not attend me infact she did not even know I was booked as her client.
On top of it, they did not do the tea tree massage at all for me even after it being included in the booking.
I will find another parlour for my next visit.

If I’d done this gel polish myself at home I’d have removed it and tried again. The polish ran over my cuticles and sides of the nails. Very disappointed. At home I managed to tidy it up a bit with cuticle scissors.

Lovely lady doing my manicure, very friendly and professional, she did a great job and quite quickly too, the only problem is that one nail has already chipped and it’s been only 4 days, otherwise I was very pleased with the outcome & the colour selection

It was my first time at this salon. The therapist was very nice and she did a good job cleansing and extracting. However, when I came out I looked dry and I had to go home and apply moisturiser. Not what I expect from a Vitamin E facial and after I told the therapist I have dry skin. I did have a bit of a glow the next couple of days and my skin does look clearer. Nothing like other facials I’ve had though. As a facial it was underwhelming - but for the price, it was fine.
