Extremely unprofessional folks who are there only to loot people hard earned money. I booked root colour with blow dry and head massage with Paula. She did not attend me infact she did not even know I was booked as her client. On top of it, they did not do the tea tree massage at all for me even after it being included in the booking. I will find another parlour for my next visit.
