Good in that it was quick and didn't hurt too much. However, the lady doing it was not the friendliest and also didn't listen to what I wanted so the shape I asked for wasn't exactly what I got-more care could be taken to tidy up with tweezers after the wax. I would go back as the price was good but listening to the client and being sensitive to their needs could be improved. I wouldn't go back for the ambience but it did the job. Still a 3* though.
