This salon is great, really friendly staff. Whilst i was there i also got my eyebrows threaded which was fantastic! It wasn't the neatest manicure i've had but i would still go back.

The junior that served me had no customer service skills and poor tech skills. She also didn’t welcome me when I entered and left me waiting until I asked when my turn would be. Her application was poor, she was too heavy handed and had no common sense and applied a scrub on my already sore and cut skin. Also one nail was left with lumpy polish. Another lovely nail technician Crystal offered to rectify this but I had no time. I also didn’t get the technician I chose on the website. This is a Richmond salon not a backstreet in Southall. I won’t be returning.
