When I arrived, I was sent upstairs by the hair salon downstairs to wait. There was no one in the salon and I sat in the dark for 15 minutes, trying to call the mobile number to no answer to try and find out what was going on. I then wasn’t even asked if I wanted my nails filed or shaped before the polish was applied. The only explanation that I got once someone arrived was that the other girl was supposed to be here. Quite a disappointing experience

They seem to prefer bookings not made through the treatwell app. They cancelled my appointment, less than half an hour before my appointment!

I shouldn't really be overcritical because I messed up my appointment date and the therapist was more than happy to accommodate me free of charge the day after but... she did miss a couple of areas on my back and near my shoulders... and it did feel like she slapped on the moisturising lotion at the end, rather than taking a bit more time and care with it. Sorry!
