I genuinely thought I had booked a normal manicure but had booked an express manicure and the owner rectified this by giving me a full manicure due to staff being 20 minutes late to my appointment which I thought was a nice. Everything was very standard and wasn’t very relaxing.. Felt slightly rushed.. and if I’m honest the beautician wasn’t very welcoming and was quite rough (having my cuticles cut has never been so painful, she cut me twice and blamed it on the fact I didn’t have my nails done enough..) overall the services I received were okay.. not bad enough to complain but not good enough too recommend.. I may have just came in on an off day!
