Overall venue was nice and clean. Started off as a good experience as went in early etc. But unfortunately Sandy didn't take care when waxing the eyebrows and proceeded to take a phone call half way through, which meant she waxed my eyebrows with the phone under her chin. Overall shape of the eyebrows is ok, but one eyebrow stops significantly shorter than the other due a waxing mishap that took place whilst she was on the phone
