Most painful wax I have ever had. Therapist seemed to have trouble pulling the wax off and it really hurt. Then she went over it with a strip which stung badly. Room is cramped and noisy - you can hear everyone outside talking. Would not go back.

Not very happy with the extensions, the eye Line was not straight , missing some neetness. Also didn't have a wide choice of siZes which made it difficult to be 100% satisfied.

Lovely back chair massage and followed up by leg massage!! Pedi was amazing, sandy does a great job of getting rid of the dead skin and polish last so well I never need to take off between visits!

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. The lashes looked very fake and were poorly done. I've just had them removed two days later as it's for my wedding and doesn't look good enough. My regular beautician was shocked that the lashes were glued directly into my skin. On the plus side they are very cheap!!

First time at this salon, I arrived early and was seen early as there was no wait, bonus! The lady made me feel welcome on arrival. Salon has a relaxed atmosphere with a clean modern feel. The waxing room was very cosy and helped me to feel at ease with a nice comfortable bed. Lady who waxed me was lovely and was very understanding of the pain, also was very knowledgable when asked about other treatments and was able to make suitable recommendations. Good experience overall, I will definitely return.
