Went to Beauty by Sandy in Richmond on Friday for a Hollywood Wax. Not only was it the most expensive appointment I've ever had but they didn't use any baby powder or drying agent before applying the wax and therefore have ripped the entire top layer of skin off and made me bleed. It is incredibly painful and embarrassing. I don't know how to contact the salon directly but this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed, especially when it's such a sensitive area. Steph.

Really great leg wax however the bikini wax was pretty non-existent. Next time I'll go for the deep bikini! The woman doing it was very quick and efficient and let me add on an extra even though they were closing soon. Card machine wasn't working so I had to go across the road to get cash out. Overall a pretty good experience at a good price for the location.
